Excellent Results with 11W Laser Diode

Even though your minimum recommended laser output power to use this product is listed at 20W, I found it to be more than adequately successful in marking on stainless steel using an 11W laser diode, specifically a Neje A40640 at 400mm/m at 100% power, 300LPI. A slightly darker marking is obtained at successively slower speeds of course. The cleanup was extremely easy with soap and water.

Good Stuff!

I have tried black enamel (works OK) and cold galvanizing compound (works great, dangerous fumes) but both caused significant cleanup problems. Very hard to clean up and very messy. This stuff works as good or better than cold galvanizing compound without the fumes and without the cleanup hassles. Highly recommend!
